Haji Muhammad Rafee Attari

Haji Muhammad Rafee Attari was born on 12th December 1964 (8 Shaban al Muazzam 1384 H) in Okara, Punjab. In January 1987, he got associated with the religious environment of Dawat-e-Islami, and he has had the privilege of performing his religious services on different organizational responsibilities like Zaili Nigran, Halqah Nigran, area Nigran, Division Nigran, Nigran Kabinah, Zone Nigran. Besides, he has performed his duties as a responsible for African countries, Arab countries, East Asian countries in overseas. On 25th September 2009, he became the Rukn of Markazi Majlis-e-Shura of Dawat-e-Islami, and at the time of writing this (in August 2023), He is performing religious services as a member of the Faizan-e-Madinah Department and the Prisoners reformation coordination department as a member of the Shura. He has also performed his duties for 30 years in Government Livestock Research Institute, Okara.
