Haji Qari Ayyaz Raza Attari was born on 1st January 1975 (17 Zul Hajjah 1394 H) in Hyderabad, Sindh. In 1990, he got associated with the religious environment of Dawat-e-Islami. He kept performing his responsibilities as Mufattish in Madrasah-tul-Madinah, Zaili Nigran, Halqah Nigran, Division Nigran, Kabinah Nigran, Zone Nigran, support Nigran, Nigran Shoba Islah-e-A’maal and Nigran Madrasah-tul-Madinah overseas (for Islamic brothers). He also carried out the religious responsibilities for Bangladesh and Shoba spread love. On Monday 15 March 2021 (30 Rajab-ul-Murajjab 1442 H), he became the Rukn of Markazi Majlis-e-Shura of Dawat-e-Islami. At the time of writing (March 2025), he is performing his responsibilities as Nigran Sindh Mashwarat, Member of Pakistan Mashwarat, Member of the International Majlis, and Rukn-e-Shura for the International Affairs Department. He is also serving as Rukn-e-Shura and Nigran of the Sub-Continent (Eastern & South-Eastern Asia).
